Kimberly Clermont, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, and geriatric medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Kimberly has a dedicated focus on obesity treatment, weight management, hormone therapy, and menopause care. Her evidence-based approach combines medical, nutritional, and behavioral strategies to help patients achieve lasting results. She has earned her Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Management through the Obesity Medicine Association and continues to expand her expertise to address the complex hormonal and metabolic factors that affect women’s health.

At Abundant Life Health, Kimberly provides comprehensive, personalized treatment plans to help patients restore balance, improve overall well-being, and live abundantly. Her compassionate and faith-centered approach empowers individuals to take an active role in their health journey. She is especially passionate about helping women navigate hormonal changes, perimenopause, and menopause, offering therapies that support physical and emotional wellness.

Beyond her clinical practice, Kimberly has served on medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Ecuador, providing care to underserved communities. These experiences deeply influence her holistic and service-oriented philosophy of care.

An advocate for healthy living, Kimberly also enjoys kayaking, biking, and spending time with her family. She is an active member of her local church and believes that true healing comes from caring for the body, mind, and spirit.
